I cannot, for the life of me, get the hang of purely on-screen planning. I love using CoSchedule to plan out and schedule my blog and social media posts, but I absolutely cannot function without writing things down.
So I made this little printable calendar for me, and I it has changed my life:
On one page, I can see what posts I have scheduled (yes, I know, I can see this on a screen, but I need it on paper), can refer to what I want to accomplish that week, keep track of my current giveaways, items I receive for review and more.
I’ve left “Weekly Tasks” and “Daily Tasks” blank because I presume every blogger has different tasks to put here. You can save the JPG version of my document, and edit it in Canva to type in your own tasks!
For me, my “Weekly Tasks” list contains “Well.ca Promo” to remind me to Tweet and post on Facebook about any Well.ca sales, since I’m an affiliate. I have “Update Linky,” as I want to remember to clean up my Giveaway Linky each week and “Translate 1 Post” to make sure I’m motivated to create more French content. On my “Daily Tasks” list, I’ve got reminders to do the support threads in my favourite blogger group, a reminder to send a personal tweet and to post to Google+.

Nice – great way to stay organized Lindsay. I’m starting my own blog on holistic living and will apply some of the techniques here.
Currently I just use my phone to remind me to blog lol.

Hi there! I love your calendars and have been using them for years now. Would you ever consider posting a partially editable version? I would love to be able to have my birthdays and things typed on my calendar before I print it out. Just curious. Thank you so much for making these each year!
